Do I have to create an account before placing an order?
No it is not necessary, you can place an order as a guest.
I have received a promotional offer, can I place my order online and the offer will be included?
When you have received a promotional offer, there will be a code and you can use that code at the checkout when placing your order. It will not automatically be included.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you should receive an email with a tracking number, or you can go to our website and there will be information about the tracking of your order if you have already created an account. Alternatively, you can always email us and we can track it for you. If you have not received a tracking email, please check your junk mail.
Does Shiabooks deliver world-wide?
Yes, we deliver world-wide, and the cost details will be displayed at the checkout.
How long does it take to deliver country-wide (Australia)?
Generally, it takes between 2 days to a week, depending on the stock, location, etc.
How long does it take to deliver world-wide?
It can take between 2-4 weeks and tracking is provided.
Do I have to use a credit card to purchase an online order?
No, you can select a checkout using bank details. Bank details will be displayed at the checkout and once filled in, your order will be released.
Is my information protected once I make an account and put in my financial information?
Yes your information is very well protected, we do not save any bank details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
It will be displayed at the checkout, please refer to our Shipping/Delivery Policy.
Can I pick up in-store?
Yes, you can pick up in-store. We are located in Middleton Grange, near Liverpool. Exact address should be listed in contact details.
Where do I see my cart?
On the top right corner.
How do I notify you of changes to my address (mailing and/or email)?
Contact us by email or by going to our Contact Us page and contacting us through any platform listed.
Why has my order not arrived yet?
Please check with us about your order and we can tell you about any problems going on.
Is it possible for me to sell my book on your page?
Yes, we curate these books and if you do have a title that you feel would be useful for the community, you’re welcome to contact us.
Do you have audiobooks?
Not at the moment, we’re working on it, Inshā`llāh soon.
Do you have e-books?
Not at the moment, Inshā`llāh in the near future.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes, you can. Please contact us or refer to the return/refund policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, once the item is back in stock, we can give you a refund. Please refer to the refund policy.
What if I want a book that is out of stock?
Please contact us about a book that is out of stock and we can let you know when that book will be available and how long it will take.
Why did I receive other books or items in my package?
Usually we give some gifts out and these gifts are to support you in your journey to Allah (swt).
My order was damaged, what do I do?
